One Arrested After Child Abuse Investigation
Chillicothe Police made an arrest following the investigation of alleged child abuse. Officers were called to the 1200 block of Clay Street Friday afternoon. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Charles Horner for alleged Child Abuse. Horner was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the filing of formal charges.
