Chillicothe R-II Student Registration

The Chillicothe R-II School student can begin registering for classes soon.  Superintendent Dan Wiebers says registration begins in early August. If you have questions about registration, contact the district office at 646-4566. If your child is not registered as a student in the district, you will need to do that before registering for classes.

Troopers Arrest Savanah Man

A Savanah man was arrested Wednesday in Daviess County.  State Troopers arrested 60-year-old Ricky L Smith for alleged DWI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to display a red flag on items extending more than 5 feet from the vehicle.  Smith was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
