Man Refuses Drug Screening, Flees Courthouse And Is Later Arrested
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man who fled from the Livingston County Courthouse Wednesday morning. Twenty-nine-year-old Nicholas Allen Duckworth of Chillicothe was ordered by his bond supervisor to provide a sample for a drug screening. Sheriff Steve Cox says Duckworth fled the courthouse. Troopers Arrest Kirksville Man
A Kirksville man was arrested by State Troopers in Sullivan County Wednesday afternoon. The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 29-year-old Sherrod D Fanning of Kirksville for alleged Driving while revoked, no valid plates, and no insurance. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Daviess County Culvert Replacement
A portion of Route F in Daviess County will be closed today for a culvert replacement. Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to close Daviess County Route F between Summer Street and Callison Avenue from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Motorists will need to use an alternate route during the closure.
