The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports one new booking at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. 41-year-old Jesse Jay Deshazier of Chillicothe was arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department and booked into the jail Tuesday morning on a 24-hour hold for alleged possession of a controlled substance.
