Moberly Woman Arrested In Carroll County
A Moberly woman was arrested in Carroll County on several charges Tuesday morning. At about 11:15 am, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Marisa L Gross for alleged possession of a controlled substance, no seatbelt, following too close, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
