A Chillicothe woman was arrested by State Troopers in Linn County Tuesday.  Thirty-three-year-old Kayla M Sportsman was arrested for alleged speeding, failing to register a vehicle, driving while revoked, and DWI- with alcohol.  She was processed and released.
