CHS Senior Receives Belcher Scholarship
A Chillicothe senior is the recipient of the $1,000 John T Belcher Scholarship. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the announcement was made at the School Board meeting. The scholarships are presented to one student in each of the 17 MSBA regions.
Humphreys Woman Arrested On Drug Charge
A Humphreys woman was arrested Thursday afternoon in Sullivan County. State Troopers arrested 39-year-old Rachel A Sprague at about 4:00 pm for alleged possession of a controlled substance – Methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid license, expired plates, and no insurance. She was processed and released.
