Braymer Woman Booked On Bond Violation

An 18-year-old Braymer woman was arrested Tuesday on a Bond Violation warrant.  Madeline Grace Ellis was arrested by Hamilton Police on the Livingston County warrant from an original charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance.  She was taken to the Clinton County Jail with bond set at $20,000 cash only.

MoDOT Truck Overturned

A MoDOT dump truck driver was not injured when his truck overturned Tuesday morning near the Grand River.  The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports the driver was eastbound on US 36 and blew a tire.  The truck went off the road and overturned, coming to rest on the passenger side.
