Fifty-two-year-old Stacey Soper was arrested by Livingston County Deputies on June 16th for alleged abuse or neglect of a child. The incident is alleged to have taken place May 9th. A Kansas City man, 34-year-old Ryan L Byrom was arrested Tuesday by Clay County authorities on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear on charges of alleged speeding and driving while revoked He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $642.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department is applying for a Deputy Salary Supplement Funds grant for an additional $100 per deputy for overtime enforcement.
