A bridge on the city’s abandoned railroad, located at Muddy Creek, will be removed at no cost to the city.  City Administrator Roze Frampton says the council approved the contract for removal. The removal will include the bridge structure and the pilings that support the bridge.

No Trash Pick-Up On Tuesday

There will be no trash pick-up next Tuesday.  Chillicothe Municipal Utilities will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th.  That means the residential trash customers with a Tuesday pick-up will need to put their trash out Wednesday for pick-up along with the regular Wednesday route. CMU will be open on Monday, July 3rd.
