Milan Man Arrested on Warrants

A Milan man was arrested in Sullivan County Wednesday.  State Troopers arrested 35-year-old Richard C Simonsen at about 8:25 am for alleged no valid motorcycle endorsement, no insurance, and on Sullivan County warrants for alleged property damage, assault, and no insurance.  He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail pending the posting of bond.
