Booked Into Jail
A man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by the Chillicothe Police Department Wednesday afternoon. Forty-seven-year-old Jason Lee Schowengert was arrested and booked at about 4:39 pm. He remains in custody on a 24-hour hold.
