A Marceline man was arrested by State Troopers Tuesday evening in Linn County.  At about 5:17 pm, Troopers arrested 61-year-old Allen D. Scott for alleged driving while revoked and failure to affix the license plate to the vehicle.  He was taken to the Brookfield Police Department, processed and released.
