KC Man Booked On 2019 Livingston County Warrant
A Kansas City man wanted on a 2019 Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of non-support was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center. 33-year-old George Joe Cunningham was arrested by Clay County officers. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
