Turney Man Arrested By Troopers In Carroll County
A Turney, MO man was arrested Sunday in Carroll County. Sixty-five-year-old Patrick D. Fairchild was arrested by State Troopers at about 11:20 pm for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Ray County Jail.
