Demolition Bid Approved
Demolition of a residential property at 903 Woodward will take place soon. The Chillicothe City Council approved the bid from Truit Dirtworks for $9,500 to demolish the structure and clear the lot. There is no asbestos abatement needed on this demolition project. Work should be complete in about 90 days.
