Livingston County Sheriff’s Office reports one jail booking on Monday. Chillicothe Police arrested 43-year-old Jonathon Wayne Jeffries at about 2:35 pm Monday. Jeffries was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
