Woman Sentenced On Drug Charge
A Chillicothe woman who pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance in February was sentenced in Livingston County Court on Thursday. Judge Ryan Horsman sentenced 57-year-old Joanna Sue Harper to 5 years in prison, suspended, with 5 years of probation. The sentence is to run consecutive to all other sentences.
