An Independence man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a Probation violation warrant from Livingston County.  Sixty-five-year-old Daniel Gustav Boyd was booked into the jail at about 9:30 am following a probation violation hearing.  He is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
