Chillicothe Parks Department Will Utilize Prison Work Release Program
The Chillicothe Parks Department will once again be working with the Missouri Department of Corrections through their Work Release Program. Parks Director Josh Norris explained the program to the City Council. City Administrator Roze Frampton says the golf course also utilizes the offender program.
