Carroll & Livingston County Resurfacing Delay
The resurfacing project on U.S. Route 65 from U.S. Route 36 in Chillicothe to south of Route CC in Carrollton, originally scheduled to begin on Monday, has been delayed due to contractor schedule changes. The contractor plans to begin later this month, but a date has not been determined.
