Two arrests and several tickets or warnings are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Tuesday.
At about 1:10 am, a domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Clay Street the incident was verbal and the parties were separated.
At 3:30 am, Officers arrested a man in the 10 block of Jackson Street for alleged trespassing. He was processed and released.
1:30 pm, James Garthwaite was arrested in the 10 block of South Washington Street on a State of Missouri Probation and Parole warrant. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
At 5:35 pm, a disturbance was reported in a parking lot of a business in the 100 block of West Business 36. Officers diffused the disturbance and those involved were asked to leave.
5:50 pm, theft was reported in the 800 block of Elm Street. Officers determined no theft had occurred.
Chillicothe officers also issued warnings and tickets for numerous violations, including expired registration, speeding, no insurance, and defective equipment.
