State Troopers reported two arrests in the local counties Friday.
At about 4:00 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 32 year old Christopher Martsolf of St. Joseph for alleged DWI and speeding – 98 in a 65 zone. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
At about 5:40 pm, Troopers in Carroll County arrested 42 year old Angela M Mohn of Carrollton on a warrant from Ray County for alleged passing a bad check. Bond is set at $5,000. She was taken to the Ray County Jail.
