The Chillicothe City Council approved a re-plat and rezoning at Monday’s meeting.
Codes Enforcement Officer Tammi Venneman presented the information to the council on the re-plat of the property at the end of McCormick Street. (Photo Below)
Venneman also presented a rezoning of property west of the viaduct and south of the railroad. (Photo Below)
The council approved the rezoning from I-1 Industrial to C-3 Highway Commercial.
