Flooding is occurring at several locations along the Grand River.
The National Weather service reports the river is above flood stage from Pattonsburg to Brunswick.
At Pattonsburg, flood stage is 25 feet and the river is near the expected crest of 27.3 feet and flooding is expected to continue through today.
At Gallatin, flood stage is 26 feet and the river is near the expected crest of 27.1 feet and flooding is expected to continue into Friday morning.
At Chillicothe, flood stage is 24 feet, moderate flooding is occurring with the river near the expected crest of 29.6 feet. Flooding in Chillicothe is expected to continue until Saturday morning.
At Sumner, the river is rising to a second crest this week. Flood stage is 26 feet and moderate flooding continues with a reading of 34.25 feet. Flooding is expected to continue until Sunday evening.
At Brunswick, flood stage is 19 feet and the river is slowly rising to an expected crest of 24.9 feet Sunday morning and flooding continuing until Tuesday.
