The Chillicothe Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) announced the recipients of grant awards totaling $20,000. The tourism grant funding is awarded to organizations whose events and initiatives contribute to the shared mission of strengthening the local economy through tourism.
The recipients this round include:
- Festival of Lights
- Livingston County 4-H and FFA Association
- Grand River Historical Society and Museum
- Home of Sliced Bread Corporation
- Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce
- Cultural Corner Art Guild and Gallery
- Main Street Chillicothe
- Grand River Entertainment
The next cycle of tourism grant funding will open in March of 2026, and they encourage all local organizations and event planners with tourism-focused initiatives to apply.
