A Sumner man was arrested Wednesday morning in Linn County. State Troopers arrested 21 year old Tyler Dye at about 6:50 am for alleged: Assault on a law enforcement officer, three counts of resisting arrest and leaving the scene of an accident. Dye was taken to the Macon County Sheriff’s office. No information is available on the accident.
