An accident and several investigations are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Wednesday.
7:05 am, Motor vehicle crash involving a parked vehicle in the 400 block of Washington Street. The driver, Mikall Foster, was northbound on Washington Street, traveled from the driving lane and into the parking lane, striking the parked vehicle in the rear. Foster was cited for C&I driving, and no insurance. His vehicle was towed due to damage.
10:00 am, Trespassing was reported at a business in the 700 block of Elm Street. The suspect had previously been trespassed and returned to the property. Information is to be forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney.
11:15 am, Report was taken involving subjects sending sexually explicit pictures to one another. The investigation is continuing.
11:20 am, Report received that a car had been stolen from the parking lot of the Livingston County Court House. It was determined that the car was repossessed.
1:48 pm, Reported disturbance in the 900 block of Third Street. Determined to be a verbal domestic argument. No arrest made and one party had left the scene. The other person was contacted a short time later. No arrest was made.
3:45 pm, Officers took a report of a theft from a business in the 500 block of Park Lane. The investigation is continuing.
8:00 pm, Officers took a telephone report a dog bite having occurred at an address on Calhoun Street and the victim being treated at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton. The address that was given of the reported incident could not be located by Officer.
