The Chillicothe Police report includes a couple of arrests.
5:15 am, Officers attempted to contact a person on St. Louis St. due to an individual unable to contact them about a medical issue.
9:45 am, Abandoned bicycle recovered in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street.
11:00 am, Chillicothe School Resource Officer took a report of harassment in the in 1500 block of Calhoun Street. The victim reported being harassed verbally and through social media websites. A report was sent to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.
1:10 pm, Stealing from a business in the 1000 block of Graves Street was investigated and officers arrested Ashley Marie Casaretto and Crystal Dawn Tanner for alleged stealing.
1:40 pm, an injury accident was reported at Washington Street and Polk Street. The report states Velma Smith was southbound on Washington Street when a vehicle driven by Annie Mathews made a left turn to go north and struck her vehicle. Mathews had a small cut on her arm but refused medical treatment. Mathews was cited for no insurance.
3:20 pm, Officers responded to Calhoun and Elm Streets for a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.
4:00 pm, Officers responded a parking lot at Ryan and South Washington for a non-injury accident on private property.
