A Kansas City man died when his semi ran off the road and overturned Monday morning. Forty-three-year-old Matthew C Vignere died at the scene of the accident on Highway 10, near County Road 121. The accident happened about 6:30 am as Vignere was eastbound and ran off the right side of the road, he overcorrected and the truck began to overturn and skid off the right side of the road, and hit an embankment. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
