Parents of Chillicothe students that have an unpaid balance for school lunches may find themselves in small claims court. Superintendent Dr. Roger Barnes says the School Board adopted a policy Thursday that allow then to use the courts to find a solution to the unpaid balances.
Dr. Barnes says parents will be notified.
