The Chillicothe R-II School Board met Thursday in special session and made decisions on the transportation of Pre-School Students for the 2019/20 school year. Superintendent Dr. Roger Barnes says the changes are for Pre-School Only.
Dr. Barnes says that does not mean only at primary residence.
