The Livingston County Assessor’s Office has completed the 2019 assessments of real estate and personal property. Assessor Steve Ripley says those whose property has increased in value will receive a notice in the mail.
He says any appeals should be made quickly.
Ripley says if you do not receive a notice, your real estate and personal property assessment either was unchanged or had gone down.
