Chillicothe Police officers responded to 86 calls for service Thursday. The calls included several animal and parking complaints.
9:52 am, Officers were called for an aggressive dog running free in the 300 block of E. Jackson Street. Officers contacted the dog owner and warned them of the ordinance violations.
10:41 am, Two Officers testified at a Preliminary Hearing on a domestic assault case.
1:02 pm, Officers responded to an animal complaint on Olive Street.
1:13 pm, Officers investigated a parking complaint on Broadway Street.
3:03 pm, Officers checked the well-being of a resident in the 300 block of Wise Street. The resident was not in need of assistance.
5:17 pm, Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1100 block of Smith Street. The problem was resolved without incident.
5:23 pm, Officers were called for a dog running loose in the 200 block of E. Jackson Street. Officers issued a warning to the owner of the dog.
6:27 pm, Officers were dispatched to a report of a sick raccoon in the 400 block of Reynard. The animal was removed.
8:51 pm, Officers attempted to serve an arrest warrant, but were unable to locate to person.
