The Missouri Highway Patrol has been busy this holiday three day weekend keeping the roads safe for travelers. The patrol has made several arrests in the KCHI listening area.
Three people were arrested during a traffic stop in Caldwell County. An 18 year old female and a 19 year old male both from Excelsior Springs were arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle in the 2nd. A 27 year old male from Liberty was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree, a felony, assault on law enforcement also a felony, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving and resisting arrest, all misdemeanors.
A 20 year old Altamont male was arrested in Daviess county for possession of an illegal explosive device, a minor in possession of alcohol and speeding.
A 44 year old Milan man was arrested in Sullivan county for DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
A 28 year old Brookfield woman was arrested on DWI Alcohol, First Offense.
