In Chillicothe, the area of Locust Street, between Clay and Ann Streets, is now the “Kelly Poling Arts District.” Main Street Chillicothe Director Ben White made the request at Tuesday’s City Council meeting. City Administrator Darin Chappell says Main Street has been working on the area for some time.
Chappell says the designation is fitting for the area.
Mayor Kelly says she looks forward to making a Proclamation for the “Kelly Poling Arts District.”
