Missouri’s Secretary of State John Ashcroft was in Chillicothe this week to visit with the Livingston County Clerk and the County Commission. Presiding Commission Ed Douglas says Ashcroft is visiting all of the counties.
Douglas says he likes that the Secretary of State is making the visits to the counties.
