A Green City man was arrested Friday afternoon in Sullivan County. Fifty-five-year-old Ira Helton was arrested at about 12:10 pm for alleged delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail.
