The Chillicothe Police Department answered 120 calls for service on Monday, according to a Department Press Release.
Included in the calls was an investigation into the recovery of a controlled substance that was found at a location in the 200 block of West Business 36 Highway. An hour and 20 minutes later, Police were called to escort an individual off of property in the 200 block of West Business Highway.
Officers recovered illegal drug paraphernalia from the street in the 500 block of Washington.
Police have an ongoing investigation into a possible protection order violation in the 100 block of East Herriman. The suspect was gone on Officer’s arrival but a subject on the scene reported they were assaulted.
Officers responded to the 1200 block of Third Street in reference to a disturbance. It was determined to be a verbal disagreement and no arrests were made.
