Three juveniles have been identified in connection with the vandalism of flower pots and planters in downtown Chillicothe.
Chillicothe police took the vandalism reports early Sunday morning from the 400 block to the 700 block of Locust Street and portions of Calhoun and Washington Streets.
Chillicothe Police Detective Murdock says they are working with the Juvenile office on the incident. The three juveniles have already written letters of apology and have agreed to community service to restore the planters.
