Plans are progressing to turn the vacant building at Polk and Washington Streets in Chillicothe into a Children’s Library.
Livingston County Librarian Candy Warren says information gathered from the resent Community Feedback Meeting has been given to the design team.
Now, bids are being accepted for the next step in the project
Warren says the design team gave a tentative completion date for the project of around the end of the year.
