A Chillicothe resident has a probation violation hearing scheduled later this month.
According to court records, the Defendant Daniel Gaunt of Chillicothe has a probation violation hearing on June 27th at 9:30am at Linn County Circuit Court in Linneus.
Gault originally entered a guilty plea in January 2017 on a charge of Non Support -Excess of 12 Monthly payments due under order of support.
He was sentenced to probation, which was revoked in December of 2018.
