The Chillicothe City Council has approved the sale of 6.6 acres of land in the Industrial Park.
The sale of land behind Skillpath was for $66,000 for the 6.6 acres to Chillicothe Development Inc.
City Administrator Darin Chappell said land in the Industrial Park is at a premium, but there is room for future expansion of the land.
A warehouse will be built for an existing business in the Industrial Park. Chappell says it may mean a couple of new available jobs.
