Chillicothe Police handled 114 calls for service on Tuesday. Included in the activity was a report of stolen registration plates from a vehicle in the 700 block of Chicago Avenue. The theft is believed to of occurred sometime in the last few months.
Officers took a report of a vehicle striking a stop sign at the intersection of Broadway and Morningside Drive, then leaving the scene. Officers obtained a description of the vehicle and are handling the investigation as a hit and run. Tuesday evening Officers assisted stalled motorists at Locust and Washington, then 30 minutes later at Third and Washington.
