Work on fixing Litton Road in Chillicothe is expected to begin next spring. Chillicothe City Administrator Darin Chappell says there is still a chance of more funding for the project through the State of Missouri.
He says there are some hoops to jump through before Sept 30th, making it a short window of opportunity.
He says work will start next spring, due to weather requirements.
When finished, Chappell says the road will be “Light years ahead of where it’s been.”
