Plans are complete for the 2019 Chillicothe Freedom Festival. Organizer Scott Rule says this year it will be on Saturday July 6th in conjunction with Sliced Bread Days which run the 5th through the 7th.
Rule says it’s a great collaboration between organizers of the two events.
Rule says the entertainment this year is the band “Point of No Return”.
Simpson Park will be busy that night with the Carnival on the East side of the park and the Freedom Festival in the normal location near Chilli Bay.
Rule says fireworks will begin at 10:00pm.
