Chillicothe Police handled 101 calls for service Friday.
1:55 am, Report of kids trying to start a fire at South River Access. They found kids fishing.
6:25 am, officers investigated a report of burglary and theft from a home and a truck in the 10 block of Waters Edge Drive. Possible suspects were apprehended in Hamilton. Investigation continuing.
Officers took reports of items stolen from vehicles in the 200 block of South Washington Street and 10 block of Eleventh Street.
Officers took a report of a stolen license plate in the 1600 block of Jennings Place.
5:12 pm, Reported traffic light malfunction at Park Lane and Washington. MoDOT was contacted
8:42 pm, fireworks violators were found at the intersection of Polk and Locust. They were advised of the ordinance violation.
9:39 pm, Officers responded to a business in the 1200 block of North Washington to a subject acting strangely. The problem was due to a change in medication. A family member came t the scene.
10:48 pm, officers handled a parking complaint in the 1500 block of Springhill Road. Officers checked the vehicle and found it was NOT stolen .
