Chillicothe Police handled nearly 120 calls for service Thursday. Some of the calls include:
1:17 am, the department received several 911 calls from a deactivated Cell phone. They spoke with the possible caller who stated they didn’t know where the phone was.
9:03 am, an Officer traveled to Caldwell County to provide assistance for criminal investigation.
11:48 am, an Officer out at business in the 1000 block of Graves Street to recover evidence of theft that occurred earlier.
2:56 pm, An arrest on a warrant was made at a location in the 10 block of South Washington Street. The person was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
4:47 pm, Report of a toddler in an alleyway in the 1100 block of Second Street. A parent was contacted and counseled by Officer.
8:44 pm, a domestic assault was reported in the 1500 block of Bryan Street. The primary aggressor was arrested and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
10:15 pm, an officer observed a bicyclist riding down the middle of the 800 block of Washington Street. The rider was stopped and advised that they have to obey regulations like automobiles.
