One of the Chillicothe Fire Department’s Paramedics was named the Missouri Emergency Medical Services Association’s Paramedic of the Year during their annual conference at Osage Beach. Andy Vaughn says he was surprised when his family members showed up at the conference. He says the award is based on nominations.
He says he has no idea who nominated him for the award.
