A UTV accident in Caldwell County left a passenger with moderate injuries Saturday night. Forty-eight-year-old Sarah Pugh of Cameron was treated at Cameron Regional Hospital following the accident at about 10:55 pm. According to the Highway Patrol, the UTV driven by 22-year-old Christian Macrander of Cameron was eastbound in a pasture, two miles east of Cameron and he was driving circles when a tire caught the terrain and the UTV overturned several times. Pugh was partially ejected from the UTV.
